New students are admitted at the beginning of each semester. Students enrolling for the first time are required to file the following papers with the Admissions Office:

  • A completed Application for Admission form, and the $50.00 application fee.
  • Two recent passport-type photographs(2" x 3").
  • If applying for a graduate-level degree, an official transcript of university credits earned at all post-high school institutions attended. The applicant should request his or her university(s) to forward the transcript(s) directly to the Seminary Admissions Office. If the applicant has ever attended another seminary, a transcript of that work must be submitted.  Undergraduate students must submit their high school transcript(s) or official GED results.
  • A statement of conversion and call. This statement of 300 words should include an account of the applicant’s personal commitment to Christ as Saviour, along with his/her understanding of and response to God’s call to Christian vocational ministry.
  • The Church Endorsement Form is a statement from the church where the applicant has been a member for at least one year immediately preceding seminary application and admission, giving endorsement of his or her commitment to Christian ministry. All students must be active members of a church with good reports regarding their Christian character. This form must be returned before an applicant can be accepted for admission.
  • Personal Reference Forms. Four personal references are required. One from the pastor of the church where the applicant is a member and three from others who are not relatives. In addition, the applicant may be asked to give evidence of financial credit worthiness.
